2018-10-03: Mid-day sun on the Sangre de Cristo Aspen Bowl near Santa Fe
The Aspen Bowl in the Santa Fe National Forest of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains is visible from the northwest suburbs of Santa Fe. The Bowl, surrounded by pine forests, offers spectacular images when the trees turned color in the fall. The Santa Fe Ski Resort reaches the highest peaks on the left-hand side of this image.
